Chicago Marriott at Medical District/UIC

Chicago Marriott at Medical District /UIC, just one block south of Interstate 290, is removed from the congestion of Chicago's Loop, yet just minutes from downtown. The elegant, European-style hotel is within 1 block of University of Illinois at Chicago and Rush University Medical Center.

During the renovation: Architectural Concepts provided Custom door, transom and sidelite units for three openings in the restaurant. All of the doors and millwork were prefinished at our factory and shipped knock down.  The openings were erected at the site.  All of the glass is a custom cast glass by melt down glass and was installed on site in the openings.

Architectural Concepts created all the CAD drawings.  We did this to properly size the openings and properly procure the glass to make installation a breeze on site.
