The Terms and Conditions of Purchase, via the Online Door Lab Configurator, may vary in some ways to our regular sales order process.
Please make sure to confirm your order by:
- Verifying a PO# is attached to the order
- Attaching any additional supporting documents
- Click the ‘Order Project’ button at the bottom right of the page
- Marking the checkbox to confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions of sale by AC Doors via the Door Lab
Terms and Conditions are Subject to Change based on Company Data Evaluated.
ORDERS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR CHANGES TWO [2] BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER.
Once your basket has a PO and is ordered, the user has 2 business days to make any changes that may have come up since the initial time of order. If changes are needed, the user can request the order status to be re-set to: Quote, by sending an email to Customer Service at doorlab@archconceptsllc.com.
Email content should include: Project Number, Description and Screenshots describing the problem.
Note: If the request is urgent, you can contact Bridget Wilson at (720) 821-2751.
Urgent changes will still require the user to send an email to process the request. The Project in Door Lab will be switched from Status: Ordered to Status: Quote. Then when changes are final, user can re-order the Project.
By submitting this online Order to Architectural Concepts, via the online Door Lab, I understand and agree that I am held and obligated to the Conditions of Sale included in the sections below as well as Architectural Concepts regular Terms & Conditions that may apply.

Accounts are current based on conditions
The order will be scheduled and released for production, providing the account of the user is current within the accounts terms and conditions.
Route Truck Information
If your shipment is not within the route truck schedule, additional crate and freight charges will apply. Please check the link for scheduled route trucks.
